DLSA, Udham Singh Nagar Observation Home and Tinka Tinka Foundation,Promote Creativity and Among Young Inmates, Udham Singh Nagar, Uttarakhand: On the occasion of Dusshera, Tinka Tinka Foundation, in collaboration with the Government Observation Home, Udham Singh Nagar, and the District Legal Services Authority (DLSA), Udham Singh Nagar, organized a painting competition for children residing in the observation home.
