It's unbelievable to witness such stories of philanthropic Delhi Police officers and these stories must be heard to restore society's faith in the system and the police. The pandemic isolated people not just physically but somewhere along the way, it also distanced humanity from humans as people turned away from being kind, being supportive, or helping others.
The pandemic, in some ways, even desensitized a person against death. In times like these where millions lost their lives and died an almost inhumane death with no funerals, no time to truly mourn, and nobody to shoulder their pyres, Mr. Rakesh Kumar took up a job that was not even his, and what a noble job it was! Salute to the man for honoring over 1100 lives of those who fell victim to the pandemic.
